John Doscher

John A. Doscher, 94, of Society Hill, Lower Saucon Township, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2008 in Hellertown PA where he lived for the past 11 years. He was the husband of the late Doris (Bailey) Doscher, and the Life Partner of Loretta E. Becker of Hellertown, PA. Along with his wife, John was long active in the Community Presbyterian Church of Merrick, AHRC (Association for the Help of Retarded Children), Literacy Volunteers, and the Presbyterian Camps and Conference Association. In addition to Loretta Becker, he is survived by his daughter, Ann Doscher Seeley, of Freeport, NY; a son Fred Doscher and his wife, Margaret Lee, of Titusville, NJ; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister and a brother. He is also survived by Loretta’s children: Cathy, Joyce, Susan, John and Tim; and her six grandchildren. Services: A Memorial Service will be held at the Mountainview Moravian Church of Hellertown, 331 Constitution Avenue, Hellertown on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 10:30 AM.
