Jo Ann Gordon

August 16, 1946 — January 17, 2012

Jo Ann Gordon, 65, of Boca Raton, FL, and formerly of Pennsburg, died January 17, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Shelby Gordon, and the late Melvin Morane. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Charles Breyer, of Sumneytown, and the late Isabelle (Haggerty) Breyer. She owned the former Sterner Insurance Agency in Pennsburg until retiring. She was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine and the Daughters of the Nile. Surviving with her husband and father, is a brother, Alan Breyer of Pennsburg; 2 nieces, Mary Shelor and Sarah Serhan; great-niece: Martina Shelor; great-nephew: Beckham Serhan; and step-children: Stacy Morane, Jay Morane, Stacy Gordon, and Nicole Gordon. Services will be at 1:30 PM on Sunday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main St., Pennsburg. Friends may call from 12:30-1:30 PM. Interment will be at Keneseth Israel Cemetery, Allentown.
