Jean Scheffler

Jean F. Scheffler, 80, of Kenas Road, North Wales, died September 20, 2007. She was the widow of Kurt J. Scheffler. Born in East Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Linwood and Emma (Blank) Fenstermacher. She was a graduate of the Lankenau School of Nursing and received her BSN from the University of Pennsylvania. She was a nurse at the Artmann Home for Lutherans, Ambler for many years. Surviving are 3 daughters: Diana J. Scheffler, of West Chester, Desiree J. Francis, of Telford, Donna J. Scheffler, of Hatfield; and a son, Kurt L. Scheffler, of Schnecksville; 2 sisters: June, wife of George Wyse, of Green Lane, and Jane, wife of Ed Shallcross, of Woodstown, NJ, and 7 grandchildren: William, Desiree Elyse, Kurt, Harrison, Jacqueline, Alex, and Tommy. Graveside committal services will be on Saturday, October 20 at 11 AM at St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pennsburg. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc, Pennsburg is in charge of arrangements.
