Jean Elaine Brown

Jean E. Brown, 63, of Catasauqua, PA, passed away on April 11, 2017. Jean touched countless lives. She volunteered in many places, with a key focus on training humans in the best interest of dogs. One of her greatest passions was her work with seeing eye dogs.

She was a Licensed Social Worker in private practice with Twin Rivers Counseling, Easton. She also provided counseling services for Wilson High School, Easton Area Middle School and Palmer Elementary.

Jean was the daughter of the late Martin and Pauline Brown. Surviving are her brothers, Edward of Rochester, NY, and Stephen (Joan) of South Glastonbury, CT; her nephews, Jeremy (Lisa), Travis (Carley); niece, Jessica Quinn; great niece, Hannah, and great nephew, Kyler.

A Celebration of her Life will be held ‪at 5:30 PM on Friday, April 21, at the Falk Funeral Home, ‪1418 Main St, Hellertown, PA, where all are invited to gather ‪from 4:30 PM. Family and friends are also invited to a get-together following the service. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at all functions. Interment will be held privately
