Jason Joseph Orlick, 23, of East Greenville, died August 18, 2010. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of Mark and Teri (Milone) Orlick, with whom he resided.
Surviving with his parents, is a daughter, Adriana Orlick; brothers: Jonathan and Andrew, both of East Greenville; and maternal grandmother, Flo Milone, of Philadelphia. He was pre-deceased by grandparents, John Milone; and Albert & Lillian Orlick.
Services: A memorial service will be on Saturday, August 21st at 11 AM at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg. Friends may call from 9-11 AM.
