Janice Devine

Janice E. Devine, 72, of East Greenville, died September 28, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Charles W. Devine. They celebrated 50 years of marriage this year. Janice was the daughter of the late Lillian Eltz and Harvey Moyer Stoudt. She worked for many years at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville starting in environmental services but eventually working as a nursing assistant and transport technician. She retired after complications from diabetes caused her to become disabled. She loved spending time with her family and was a great lover of animals. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Surviving with her husband is her son, Kevin S. Devine of Philadelphia and her two cats, Sunshine and Shadow. Services will be held at 8 pm on Thursday at the Falk Funeral Home & Crematory, 163 Main St., Pennsburg where family and friends are invited to a viewing from 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Docent Council of the Philadelphia Zoo, 3400 W Girard Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19104.
