Janette Nancy Welsh (Turnello)

Janette N. Welsh, 87, formerly of Hamilton, NJ, passed away peacefullyon Tuesday, March 11 th , 2025 at the Phoebe Richland Health CareCenter in Richlandtown, PA. Born in Atlantic City, NJ, she was thedaughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Weidenhammer) Turnello and was the beloved wife of the late Gerald R. Welsh, Sr. Janette was a graduate of Hamilton High School West in Hamilton, NJ. She worked asa key punch operator for New Jersey Manufacturers in Trenton, NJ, and then worked at Dow Jones in Princeton, NJ, where she became the Senior Vice President of data entry and retired from the company after a long and accomplished career. For 40 years she was a faithful member of the New Testament Baptist Church in Trenton, NJ.


Janette is survived by her children: Gerald Richard Welsh, Jr., and hiswife, Rosemary, of Quakertown, PA, Edward Lawrence Welsh, and hiswife, Laura, of Rock Spring, GA, and Ralph Francis Welsh of Trenton, NJ; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and her brothers: Alan

Turnello and his wife, Gloria, of El Paso, TX, and Jack Turnello and his husband Bud Nocar of Florida.


Services will be private.
