Jane Elizabeth Yonney

Jane Elizabeth Yonney, 97, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born September 7, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Nellie (Heller) Loux. Jane was married to her late husband, Warren M. Yonney, for 28 years. She enjoyed many years with the love of her life, Rich, to whom she had been with for 30 years. Jane was a sewing machine operator at Zawick Manufacturing, and A & H sportswear. She was a member of the Eastern Star, and a member of the First United Church of Christ in Hellertown. Jane spent many wonderful years visiting the Chesapeake Bay and Tioga County. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother to her whole family.

Surviving are her children: Barbara Bartakovits, wife of the late Richard Bartakovits, MaryAnn Yonney, and Sharon Yeakel, wife of Richard; 3 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings: Carl Loux, Leroy Loux, Alice Judd, Edward Loux, and Dorothy Schuster.

There will be a viewing on Wednesday August 19th from 10:00-10:45 a.m. at First United Church of Christ, 501 Northampton St, Hellertown, PA 18055, with a service at 11am. She will be laid to rest at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
