James Francis Duffy Iii

James Francis Duffy III, 73, recently of Pennsburg, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2024. Born in New York, he was the son of the late James and Caroline (Reback) Duffy. He was the beloved husband of Susan (Starks) Duffy. They celebrated 23 years of marriage last October. James retired from EMI where he worked as an electromechanical engineer. Prior to that, he had a career as a history teacher. James loved to garden and read.

Along with his wife, James is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Conway of Collins Lake, NJ, and Jennifer, wife of William Alexander of Bridgeton, NJ; his grandchildren: Anthony James Duffy, Bryce Scott Anema, Celina Jewel Perez, and Brandi Ann Bloom; his sister, Joan Legg of Millville, NJ; and many nieces and great nieces. He was predeceased by his son, Kevin Duffy, and his siblings: Jane (Miller) Newman and Jerry Duffy.
