Jacque Griseto

Jacque Griseto (Kudelka), age 84, of Hellertown, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on December 11, 2019. Jacque was born on March 15, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois. Jacque married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Russell Griseto in 1953. The couple settled in Des Plaines, Illinois in the early 1960’s where they raised their 4 children and then later to New Providence, NJ. She and “Russ” retired to Seabrook Island, SC and to Tuscan, AZ before spending the last 15 years in Hellertown, PA. Jacque was a devoted and loving mother. She was very proud of her family, raising her 4 children alongside her husband. She was very excited to become “Grandma Jacque” to her 8 grandchildren and eventually 9 great-grandchildren. Jacque loved holidays and family get-togethers and any chance to spend time with her family was extremely important to her. She will be remembered for her countless family gatherings and summer Olympics with her children and grandchildren. Her family and her role as mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, was the most important thing in her life. This is where she drew her strength and left her legacy. Besides devoting most of her life to her husband and children, she was an avid diver and golfer. Her children and grandchildren will remember her perfect “swan” dive and “jackknife” dive into any pool. She was admired on the golf course for her fabulous shots and club champ titles. Jacque and Russ were also avid hikers and spent countless hours hiking all over the country. The last ten years Jacque loved getting together with her stitchery group and spending countless hours on her spectacular colored pencil drawings. She also enjoyed playing pool with her pool buddies. Jacque was known for her feisty, yet good sense of humor. Jacque is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Russell. Jacque is also survived by her children, Chris and Drew Regan, Kathy and Rich Brandt, Nick and Terry Griseto, and Scott and Cyndi Griseto- 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Jacque will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 10:30 at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, 1408 Easton Rd. Hellertown, PA 18055. In lieu of flowers, a donation to one’s favorite charity can be made in memory of Jacque. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Hellertown is in charge of arrangements.
