Irene Hamory

Irene Hamory, 86, of Alburtis Road, Macungie, and formerly of Allentown, died Friday, September 14, 2007 at the Phoebe Home in Allentown. She was the wife of the late Quentin Theodore Hamory Sr. who passed away May 1 of this year. Born in Allentown, Pa.,on Valentine's Day,1921, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Orsola (Paolini) Smith. A graduate of Allentown High School, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Allentown and the Allentown Fraternal Order of Police Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors: Sons: Henry, and his wife Carol, of Allentown, and Quentin "Ted" Jr., and his wife Vickie, of Albuquerque, NM; Daughters: Eileen, wife of Robert Bernhard, of Allentown, and Clara, wife of Allen Wolfe, of Macungie; Sisters: Edith Wilcox of Allentown, and Dorothy, wife of Charles Herman, of Allentown; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
