Howard Robert Crist

Howard Robert Crist, 80, of Orefield, passed away May 6, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Dolores (Crinkey) Crist. Born in Quakertown, Howard was the son of the late Howard and Lillian (Renner) Crist and the stepson of the late Richard Crist. Howard was an Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a molder, most recently for B.D.J. Products, formerly Active Brass in Telford for over 30 years. Howard was a member of the Springfield Church of the Brethren, Coopersburg and was a Lifetime Member of the V.F.W. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and watching old Western and War movies. Surviving with his wife, are stepchildren: Michelle Marks, of Barto, Rebecca, wife of Luis Marquez, of Hershey, and Michael Rowley and his wife, Ashley, of Delmar, MD; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and sisters: Mary, wife of Steven Gass, of Bethel, PA, Lillian Gable, of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Debbie, wife of Garry Hess, of New Tripoli. He was pre-deceased by an infant brother, Scott Allen. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 14th at 12 PM at the Springfield Church of the Brethren, 920 Passer Road, Coopersburg, PA.
