Henry “Hank” W. Richard, 75, of Hellertown, entered eternal rest on November 28, 2010. Born in Ft. Hill, he was a son of the late William and Hilda (Sattler) Richard. Hank served his country honorably in the army from 1953 to 1956. He received a Bachelors degree from Penn State and a Masters Degree from Lehigh. He was an elementary school teacher in the Bethlehem School District until his retirement in 1993. He was also a volunteer student tutor and assisted students in many ways. He was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Hellertown where he served as a lector for many years. He was also a member of Edward G. Ackerman Post 397 of the American Legion, Hellertown. Survivors: Sisters, Dorothy, wife of Robert Nemes of Center Valley, and Loretta Poczak of Bethlehem; a brother, Truman of Lower Saucon Township; and his companion of many years, Barbara Roksewicz. He was preceded in death by a sister, Bernadine Kondash who died in January. Services: Memorial Mass, 10 a.m., Thursday, December 2, St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, Hellertown.
