Helen Soltysiak

Helen N. Soltysiak, 86, of Coopersburg died August 17, 2013. Born in Riegelsville she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Proszics) Svites. She was the loving wife of the late Richard Soltysiak. Helen was a lifetime member of St. John's Windish Evangelical Lutheran Church. Helen was a Reading Specialist for the Palasades School District for over 10 years and was involved with home product sales for many years. She had an outgoing personality that showed in every aspect of her life, as her laughter and smile showed that she enjoyed having a good time with family and friends. She enjoyed her walking buddies at the Westgate Mall. Survivors: Children: Dennis Soltysiak and his companion Marge of Quakertown; Donna, wife of Frank Naydyhor of Coopersburg; Dr. Douglas Soltysiak and his wife Deborah of Cornell, MI; and Debra, wife of Michael Davis of Germansville, PA; sister in laws: Theresa Svites of Hellertown, Wanda Young of Coopersburg; brother in law Steve Soltysiak and his wife Gail of Coopersburg; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m., Saturday, St. John's Windish Evangelical Lutheran Church, 617 E. 4th St., Bethlehem PA 18015. Visitation Friday, 7-9 p.m., Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main St., Hellertown PA 18055, and 10 - 10:45 on Saturday at the church. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
