Helen Cynthia Higman

Helen Cynthia (Lagergren) Higman, 90, of Pennsburg passed away peacefully on Monday, November 8th, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Charles Higman. Born in Hyannis, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Cynthia (Lewis) Lagergren. She earned her associates degree at Bryant Secretarial College in Rhode Island. She finished her career and retired from Perkiomen School as the Headmaster’s Secretary. She was a member of Frieden’s UCC in Sumneytown. She enjoyed gardening, entertaining friends and family, relaxing by her fish pond, sailing and traveling internationally with Charlie.

Along with her husband Charles, she is survived by her children: David Higman and his wife Sandy, of Florida, Cynthia Caciolo and her husband Fred, Robert Higman and his partner Nadine Brennan of Macungie; grandchildren: Karissa, Corey, Craig, Kandace, Jamie, Cody and Jenna, and Anya Crapo; great grandchildren: Calista, Caralaina and Camellia Yoder, Jace and Korra Higman, and Carmella Higman; a sister: Judy Knowles of Massachusetts.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 17 2021, 11 am, at Frieden’s UCC, 1011 Church Rd, Sumneytown PA 18084. All are welcome to gather from 10 am.
