Helen Barndt

April 27, 1923 — December 7, 2017

Helen Barndt, 94, of Bethlehem, passed away December 7, 2017. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, George H. Barndt. Born in Upper Saucon Township, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Edna (Brunner) Weaver. Helen worked in Cafeterias throughout the Saucon Valley School District. Survivors: Her daughters; Nancy, and her husband Fred Capanna, of Hatfield, Susan Glenn and Robin, of Point Pleasant, Barbara and her husband Kevin Ruggiero, of Allentown; 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by siblings, Lamar and Charles Weaver. Services: will be at 11 AM on Friday, December 15th, at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown, PA. The calling period is from 10-11AM in the Funeral Home. Interment will be held privately. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to The Cedarbrook Auxiliary, in care of Cedarbrook Nursing Home, 724 Delaware Ave, Bethlehem ,18015.
