Gloria Vatter

Gloria R. Vatter, 90, of Lancaster and formerly of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2016. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Vatter. They celebrated 68 years of marriage last December. Born on December 6, 1925 in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Oster) Fletter. She was a member of New Jerusalem Church in Leithsville. Survivors: Husband; daughters, Roxana with whom she resided and Lori Bray of Hellertown; sons, Raymond Jr. of Mountsville and Richard of Florida; 27 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. Services: A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Those wishing to offer their condolences to Raymond may visit him at his daughter’s home in Lancaster on Saturday August 13, from 12 to 3 PM.
