Giovianni Ortiz

Giovianni Nickoliah Ortiz, born August 3, 2010, passed away on January 7, 2011. Born in Reading, he was the son of Samuel Ortiz Jr., of Reading and Katie E. Seidt of Pottstown. Surviving with his parents are grandparents: Melinda Moss and Chris Seidt; and BethAnn Heath and Samuel Ortiz; great grand parents Sarah Losh and Carl Hoffman; Fern and Carl Seidt; Judith and Stanford Borrell; and Julia Ortiz; and Great Great Grandparents, Elizabeth Bush and Alvin Good. Services will be held privately. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pennsburg is assisting the family.
