Gerald Carle

Gerald Carle, 88, of Quakertown, passed away March 2, 2014 at Grand View Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Theresa Anna (Hicks) Carle. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Ralph & Hazel (Morgan) Carle. Gerald served his country honorably during WWII in both the Army and the Navy. He was a county supervisor for PennDOT for many years before retiring. Surviving: with his wife; are children: Theresa Wiggins, of Perkasie; & Gerald Carle, and his wife, Linda, of Quakertown; 4 grandchildren: Michelle, Christie, Lydia, and Zacchary; 10 great-grandchildren; & 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a son, Alfred F. Wiggins, an infant son, Ronald, and grandsons: Alfred Jr., and Jensen. Services: Will be private. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg, is in charge of arrangements.
