George Robert Lehotta

March 8, 1961 — November 14, 2020

George R. Lehotta, 59, of Harleysville, died unexpectedly on November 14, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Victoria (Mohrmann) Lehotta for 33 years. Born in Coaldale, PA, he was the son of the late George R. and Mary E. (Urban) Lehotta of Lansdale. He was a 1979 graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School where he was a three-year varsity starter on the baseball team. He was employed by Accupac, North Penn location in Shipping and Receiving. He was a member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Hatfield. George was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved nothing more than activities with his children. Along with his wife, He is survived by his son, Jacob and his wife Ashley of Pennsburg; his daughter, Heather and her fiancé Brandon Corkadel of Boothwyn, PA. George was also very close with his brothers and their families, Michael (his deceased wife Janice) of Carmel, CA; John (deceased) of New Richmond, Ohio; his niece, Siobhan and her husband Paul Schneider of Liberty Twp., Ohio. Other close relatives include his Aunt Marie & Uncle Jack Foor of Axton, VA, and his Aunt Joan Zemanik of Tamaqua, PA. Also, a big part of George’s life were his in-laws, Doug M. and Kathy Mohrmann, Brother-in-law, Doug R. Mohrmann and his wife Elisa, nephews, Doug A. and Aaron, all of Harleysville. George also shared time with his numerous cousins throughout Pennsylvania and he was very much excited about the upcoming December birth of his Grandson. Services will be held privately on Wednesday, November 25. He will be interred in Holy Cross Cemetery in Pennsburg. Flowers can be sent directly to Falk Funeral Home in Pennsburg, PA.
