Frances V. Falk, 95, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 2, 2015. She was the wife of the late Willard G. Falk, who passed away in 1972. Born in Freemansburg, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Anna (Lynn) Gangewere. She began her career as a switchboard operator at Muhlenberg Medical Center and retired as the office manager of the Lehigh County MH/MR. Frances was a longtime member of Rosemont Lutheran Church in Bethlehem where she was a past council member, Sunday School Teacher, and Choir member. She was also a past President of the Bethlehem Business and Professional Women; a past Secretary of the Allentown Band Festival; a long time Music Fest volunteer; Sun Inn volunteer; and a member of the Beethoven Waldheim Club in Leithsville. Surviving are two sons: Thomas (Brenda) of Allentown, and Martin (Kathy) of Whitehall, and a daughter, Virginia, wife of Daniel Wawrzyniak of Bethlehem Twp.; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. Services: 11 AM, Saturday, Rosemont Lutheran Church, 1705 W. Broad St., Bethlehem. All are invited to a viewing from 6 – 8 PM on Friday at Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main St., Hellertown and from 10 – 11 AM on Saturday in the church. Contributions: American Heart Association.
