Florence S. Pflieger

Florence Pflieger, 98, of Charlottesville, VA and formerly of Pennsburg passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 15th, 2021. She was the wife of the late John Pflieger who passed in 2002. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Olivia (Becker) Schantzenbach. Florence was a faithful member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ. She is survived by her nieces: Priscilla Anderson of New Canton, VA, Jane Wetherhold of Macungie, PA, Bonnie Spicer of Preston, CT, and nephews: W. James Hollenbach of Gilbertsville, PA, and John Hendricks of Germantown, MD. Florence will be interred privately in Emmaus Moravian Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to New Goshenhoppen UCC, 1070 Church Rd., East Greenville, PA 18041.
