Evelyn K. Miller

Evelyn K. Miller, 93, passed away January 12, 2016. She was the widow of Joseph P. Miller. Born in Rittenhouse Gap, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late David and Carrie (Knappenberger) Bauer. Evelyn was employed as a painter for the former Caloric Company, Topton for 33 years before retiring. She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and word find puzzles.

Surviving are daughters: Josette O’Brien, of Kutztown; Sheree, wife of Rickie Bieber, of Mertztown; and Sharmane, wife of Robert Little, of South Carolina; 8 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Sandra Geist, and a grandchild, Shawn Weaver.

Services will be at 11 AM on Saturday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. A Viewing will be from 10-11. Interment will be a t St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pennsburg.
