Evelyn Guskey

Evelyn Guskey, 86, of Boyertown, and formerly of Barto, Perkiomenville, Yardley, and Johnstown, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2014 at Chestnut Knoll Assisted Living in Boyertown. She was the wife of the late Robert C. Guskey who passed away in 2013. Born in Daisytown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Susko) Yarnick. She began her career as a teller at Johnstown Bank & Trust Co. and retired after 18 years of service as a teller at The First National Bank of Newtown. She was a member of the Anna L. Windolph Chapter of Eastern Star #495 in Johnstown. Surviving is a son, Dr. Thomas R. Guskey, of Lexington, KY; daughters, Marcia Grieder, of Reading, and Karen Terzopolos, of Palm, PA ; and 5 grandchildren: Jennifer, Michael, Christopher, Nicole, Hallie. She was pre-deceased by a son, David, and a brother, Robert. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 5, at the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, South Fork, PA. Friends may call from 11:00 am until services. Interment will follow in the Grand View Cemetery, Johnstown. Arrangements are by the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg.
