Evelyn Abel

Evelyn B. Moser Abel, 77, formerly of Pennsburg, passed away December 26, 2013. She was the widow of Paul Moser and Asher Abel. Born in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late William and Evelyn (Batchelder) Rau. Evelyn was a courier at Brown Printing, East Greenville before retiring. She was a member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ. Surviving are children: Paul Moser, and his wife, Charlotte, of Zionsville; Robert Moser, and his wife, Lisa, of Coopersburg; John Moser, and his companion, Mary, of California; Evelyn, wife of Kenneth Press, of Macungie; Arlene, wife of Kenneth Holmes, of Texas; Emily, wife of Brian Barger, of Zionsville; and Lois Moser, of Indiana; step-daughter, Melissa Hoffert, of Stowe; Sister, Carolyn, wife of Wayne Simons, of Danielsville; brother, Melvin Rau, and his wife, Lois, of Barto; 13 grandchildren: William, Wendy, James, Joshua, Andrew, Nathan, Danielle, Melissa, Christopher, Mindy, Milus, Jonathan, and Tyler; and 13 great-grandchildren: Matthew, Zach, Ashley, Zoe, Simon, Elizabeth, Holly, Gideon, Ezekial, Sawyer, Elliott, Roman, and Osborne. Services will be at 11 AM on Monday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. Friends may call from 10-11.
