Eugene Press

Eugene J. Press, 70 of Pennsburg, passed away October 2, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospice. He was the beloved husband of Betty A. (Boardman) Press. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Chester and Almeda (Hunsberger) Press. Eugene was a sprayer in the Metal Finishing Dept. at Knolls for 46 years, retiring in 2012. He especially enjoyed being outside in his yard and garden. Surviving with his wife, are sons: Matthew and David, both of Pennsburg; and siblings: Kenneth, and his wife, Evelyn, of Macungie; and Mary, wife of James Campbell, of West Rotunda, FL. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Anthony. Services will be at 10:30 AM on Saturday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 9:30-10:30 AM.
