Elsie Moore

Elsie Pauline (Fabian) Moore, 96, of Sellersville died peacefully in her home, November 29, 2012. She was the widow of the late Irvin Moore. Born in Sellersville, she was a daughter of the late Carl C. Fabian and Caroline C. (Bauerle) Fabian. She was a sewing machine operator for the former Eyer Factory, and worked at Hop-a-Long Cassidy in Souderton and retired from Kayser Wispese, Perkasie, as a Store Manager after 20 years. She was a member of the Sellersville Legion Auxiliary, Nace Kraft Unit 255 and Lady Sellers Rebecca - Odd Fellows. She was the loving mother of Irvin C. Moore and his wife, Joanne (Shearer) Moore, of Pottstown and the late Kathryn L. (Moore) Bozarth. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Sandra (Bozarth) Mease and her husband, Jeffrey Mease of Hellertown, Elizabeth (Moore) Strickland, and her husband, Dale Strickland, of Gilbertsville; and two Grandsons, Jonathan Moore and his wife Lynn (Sovak) Moore of Washington Township, NJ and David Moore of Gilbertsville. Great-grandchildren: Caitlin Mease, Megan Strickland, Jack Strickland, Gabriel Moore, Logan Moore, Harrison Moore and Ethan Moore as well as nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings: Anna Miller, Louis Fabian and Romaine Daniels. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, December 14th, at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 163 Main St., Pennsburg, PA.
