Elsie Horvath

Elsie (Davis) Horvath, 88, of Hellertown, died February 19, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late William L. Horvath, Sr. Born in Freemansburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Elizabeth Davis. She was a secretary for Lehigh University in the Electrical Engineering Department, retiring in 1980. She was an avid bowler at St. John Capistrano, a volunteer for Heartland Hospice, and belonged to the American Legion Women's Auxiliary, formerly in Hellertown. Surviving: Son, William L. Horvath, Jr with whom she resided; and a niece, Linda Hanus. She was predeceased by a cousin Jane Yerkes. Services: 10 a.m., Friday, Christ Lutheran Church, Hellertown.
