Elizabeth Hahn

Elizabeth N. Hahn, 83, of Easton, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2011. She was a daughter of the late Jacob and Elsie (Rex) Rodenbach. Until her retirement, she worked as a nurse’s aid at the Easton Nursing Home. Prior to that, she was a collar turner at Surefit in Bethlehem. She was an active member of Durham Lutheran Church where she was a former Alter Guild member and a member of W.E.L.C.A. Earlier in life, she was also active in politics, serving as a Democratic Committee Person and Judge of Elections in Williams Twp. Surviving is a daughter Ruthann Hahn Remechuk and her husband John of Easton; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; a brother Silas J. Rodenbach Sr. and his wife Norma of Williams Twp; and a sister Cora Reichard of Rockwood, TN. She was preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Walker who died in January and grandchildren Anthony and Jennie.
