Eileen Engle, 91, of Miller Road, East Greenville, died March 5, 2012. Beloved wife of John J. Engle, for 64 years. Born in East Greenville, a daughter of the late Daniel and Catherine (Sinnott) Mallon. She was a life long member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. She participated in the Altar & Rosary Society, the choir, Kitchen Volunteer for Bingo, and a member of the Upper Perkiomen Senior Citizens Center. She loved walking, gardening, visiting friends and relatives in Ireland, and watching Seinfeld. Surviving: Husband, John; Children: Eileen Engle, and her husband, Thomas Mallouk, of Doylestown; James, and his wife, Dorothy, of Sellersville; Kathleen, widow of Charles Simmons, of East Greenville; John, and his wife Michelle, of Gilbertsville; Mary, wife of Kerry Levengood, of Boyertown; Daniel, and his wife, Jill, of Pennsburg; Patrick, of Pennsburg; and Jeannine Engle, and her husband, William Murphy, of East Greenville; Her kindness and chocolate chip cookies will be missed, especially by her 30 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by siblings: John Mallon, Mary Mallon, Robert Mallon, Donald Mallon, and Frances Bauer. Funeral Mass will be at 11 AM on Friday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 7-9 PM on Thursday and from 9:30-10:30 AM on Friday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg.
