Edward Kagel

Edward C. Kagel, 104, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2017. Born in Catasauqua, he was a son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Suppan) Kagel. He was a self-employed barber on the South Side of Bethlehem. Survivors: A sister, Elizabeth Crock of Nazareth, his niece, Gloria Scheidler, with whom he resided; and many other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Marion who died in 1979 and his siblings: Carl, Marion Jones, and Eleanor Melchor. Services: Funeral Mass, Noon, Thursday, June 8, St. Theresa Catholic Church, Hellertown. Call at the Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main St. Hellertown from 11 to 11:45 AM.
