Edith Mumbauer

Edith Marie Mumbauer, 98, of East Greenville, passed away March 12, 2019. She was the widow of Marvin Mumbauer. Born in Richlandtown, she was a daughter of the late Jacob & Bessie (Rothrock) Wimmer. Edith was a trimmer/inspector at various clothing factories in the Upper Perkiomen and Upper Bucks area. She was a member of Trinity Great Swamp United Church of Christ, Spinnerstown. She enjoyed going to the Malls with her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Surviving is a son, Larry and his wife, Judith, of East Greenville; grandchildren: Lorina Setman, of Quakertown; and Daniel Mumbauer, of East Greenville; great-grandchildren: Alison, Kassandra, & Jonathan; and a daughter-in-law, Arlene Mumbauer, of Marietta, GA. She was pre-deceased by a son, Gerald, and a sister, Dorothy Benner. Services will be at 11 AM on Friday at Trinity Great Swamp UCC, 9150 Spinnerstown Rd, Spinnerstown, PA 18968. Friends may call from 10-11 AM at church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the church.
