Edith M. Bauman, 84, of the Upper Perkiomen Manor, Red Hill, and formerly of Pennsburg, died July 17, 2007 at the VNA Hospice House, Bethlehem. She was the widow of Roy W. Bauman. Born in Niantic, she was a duahgter of the late Frank and Edith (Bittner) Rohrbach. She worked for several years at garment factories in the Upper Perkiomen Valley, including the former Daut's and Jennifer Ann's. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Pennsburg and the Golden Agers. Surviving are sons: James, and his wife, Pat, of Barto; Roy, and his wife, Mary, of Pennsburg; Daughter: Barbara, wife of Wallace Bieler, of Telford, 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Franklin, and a half-brother, Ralph Roberts. Memorial Services will be on Tuesday, July 24th at 11 AM at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. Friends may call from 10-11 AM Tuesday in the church. Interment will be private at Niantic Union Cemetery, Barto. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 85 Main St., Pennsburg, PA 18073 OR to the St. Luke's VNA Hospice, 1510 Valley Center Parkway, Suite 200, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
