Earl L. Renninger, 90, of Zieglerville, passed away July 13, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Virginia (Kulp) Renninger. Born in Frederick, he was a son of the late Augustus and Elsie (Stengl) Renninger. Earl was a Construction Superintendent for the former Schnobel Assoc., Kulpsville for many years, before retiring in 1995. He served his country honorably in the Army during WWII. He was a member of St. Luke's "Keelor's" Lutheran Church. Earl enjoyed collecting antiques, and hunting and fishing. Surviving with his wife; are sons: Dennis E., and his wife Rev. Linda, of Hillsgrove, PA; and Dale, and his wife, Sarah, of Marlton, NJ; sisters: Helen Mercer, of Obelisk; and Fern Hein, of Gilbertsville; and nieces & nephews. Earl was pre-deceased by siblings: Kathryn Freed, Mabel Stetler, Irma Wolf Smith; and Allen, Willard and Claude Renninger. Services will be at 11 AM on Thursday at St. Luke's "Keelor's" Lutheran Church, 3138 Big Road, Obelisk. A viewing will be from 10-11 AM at the church.
