Donald Brey

Donald C. Brey, 72, of Macungie, died August 8, 2011 at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Cedar Crest. He was the loving companion of Barbara Silfies. Born in Pennsburg, he was a son of the late Clair E. and Glenna I. (Borntrager) Brey. He was a banker for over 38 years for the former Merchants Bank, until retiring in 1996. He and Barbara traveled extensively throughout the United States and around the globe. He enjoyed collecting Snoopy memorabilia. Surviving with his companion, is a sister, Phyllis Bittenbender, of Pennsburg; a brother, Gerald Brey, and his wife, Jeanette, of Allentown, and nieces & nephews. Services: Memorial services will be Saturday at 11 AM at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg. Friends may call from 10-11 AM.
