Darryl Heckman

Darryl Roy Heckman, 64, of Bally, died February 5, 2011 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Jean E. (Stewart) Heckman. They were married 15 years this past month. Born in Ridley Park, he is a son of Roy and Helen (Roos) Heckman of Woodlyn, PA. He attended Pennsylvania Military College, and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Pennsylvania for 27 years, before retiring in 1993. He was also an antique dealer. Surviving: with his wife and parents, are children: Chris Heckman, and his wife, Jill, of Norwood; Darren Heckman, of Wilmington, DE; and Dana, wife of Michael Sinno, of Sicklerville, NJ; a brother, Duane Heckman, and his wife, Beth, of Rutledge, PA, and 5 grandchildren.
