Clifford Marks

Clifford Ray Marks, 78, of Upper Salford Township, died June 28, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Consolacion "Connie" (Ballesteros) Marks. They were married 53 years this past October. Born in Palm, he was a son of the late Sylvester and Ruth (Carl) Marks. He was raised with his aunt and uncle, the late Arthur and Kathryn Marks. Clifford was a graduate of East Greenville High School. He worked as a Superintendant of Highway Construction for Glasgow Inc. of Glenside for almost 50 years. He is survived by his wife; siblings: Miriam Laudenslager of Harleysville; and Dale, and his wife Marian, of Virginia; many nieces and nephews; and his feline pal, "Lucky". A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., on Thursday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Klinerd Rd., Pennsburg. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Grandview Hospice, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA 18960, or St. Philip Neri Building Fund, 1325 Klinerd Rd., Pennsburg, PA 18073, or the charity of your choice.
