Charles D. Snyder

Charles D. “Chuck” Snyder, 51, of Hereford, died March 7, 2009 at home. He was the husband of Karen (Robinson) Snyder. They were married 29 years last May. Born in Norristown, he ws a son of the late Frank and Florence (Buchman) Snyder. He was an electrician for Jack Henry Electrician, Perkiomenville for over 10 years. He was last employed in maintenance for St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg where he was also a lifetime member. He was an advisor for the T.S.A. Program in the Upper Perkiomen School District.

Surviving with his wife, is a son, Shaun Michael Snyder, of Hereford; and a daughter, Shannon Leigh Snyder, of York County, PA; and 5 sisters: Margaret Alderfer, of Telford; Virginia Overholtzer, of Lansdale; Dorothy Eisenhart, of Barto; Helen Dine, of Muskegon MI: and Linda Johnson, of Shoemakersville, PA. He was pre-deceased by siblings: Herbert, Joseph, Frank, and Ethel Snyder; Barbara Underkoffler, Catherine Walsh, and Florence Shafer.

Services: Funeral Mass at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg at 11:00 AM on Thursday. A viewing will be from 8:30-10:30 AM on Thursday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg.
