Charles Harold Long

Charles Harold Long, 86, of W. Ridge Pk., Limerick, died Thursday, December 27, 2007 at his home. Mr. Long and his wife, Jeanne (Marks) Long, celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary last week. Born in Worcester Township, he was son of the late Charles and Bertha (VanFossen) Long. A longtime Limerick farmer, he was a member of the Montgomery County Farm Bureau and the Sanatoga Grange.

Survivors: Wife; sons, Charles and wife Cheryl, David and wife Rebecca, Andrew and Joseph; daughters, Marie Grace, wife of Gary Greenway, Joanne Mae, wife of Jose Gamalinda; and 9 grandchildren; sisters, Kathryn Moore, Sara Frederick, Althea Fizz, Nancy McKendrick, and Naomi Rose. He was preceded in death by son, Paul; brothers, Clarence and Ernest; sister, Mary; and grand-daughter, Brittany.

Services: 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main St., Pennsburg. Call 10-11:00 AM at funeral home. Interment--St. Marks Cemetery, Pennsburg.
