Charles W. Grubb, 84, of Palm, passed away January 6, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Grace (Manviller) Grubb. They were married 60 years this past December. Born in East Greenville, he was a son of the late Charles V. & Lillian (Kemmerer) Grubb. Charles served in the Navy aboard the USS Tarawa during the Korean Conflict. After returning from the service, he became a finisher at Knoll for 38 years, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ. Charles enjoyed his family and the outdoors, especially deer hunting with his son, fishing with his grandsons, and watching baseball, especially Little League in the Valley.
Surviving with his wife, are children: Lori, wife of Gordon Branin, of Pennsburg; and Steven, of Green Lane; grandsons: Eric, Jason, and Tyler; a great-granddaughter, Alexis; and sisters: Jeanette Meierhoff, of Frederick; and Betty Boyer, of Allentown. He was pre-deceased by an infant daughter, Bonnie Kay; and sisters: MaryAnn Gerloff, and Shirley Fisher.
Services will be at 11AM on Tuesday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg. Viewing will be from 6-8PM on Monday, and from 10:30-11AM Tuesday. Interment will be private. To offer on-line condolences, please visit his Book of Memories at falkfuneralhomes.com.
