Chad Allen Green, 43, of Hereford, passed away November 29, 2015. Born in South Bend, Indiana, he was the son of James and Linda (Welch) Green. He was a graduate of Van Buren High School in Findlay, Ohio. Surviving with his parents is his grandmother, Mabel Green of La Paz, Indiana and cousins. At his request, there will be no services.
