Carmel Romich

Carmel J. Romich, 97, of the Frederick Living Community, passed away April 14, 2019. She was the widow of Jacob L. Romich. Born in Pennsburg, she was a daughter of the late Eugene H. and Elsie B. (Kline) Eichele. Carmel was a hairdresser for over 33 years. She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. Surviving is a son, Terry and his wife, Kathleen, of Green Lane; grandchildren: Heather Mack and her companion Jeffrey Spillane of Zionsville; and Julie, wife of Casey O’Donnell, of Douglasville; and a great-grandson, Connor Mack. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Joyce Overly. Funeral Services will be on Friday at 10:30 AM at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg, PA. A viewing will be from 9:30-10:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Spinnerstown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 81 N. Main St, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
