Camilla F. Moser, 85, of the Frederick Mennonite Community and formerly of Pennsburg, died June 30, 2009 at Frederick. She was the widow of Rewellien D. “Johnny” Moser. Born in Hanover, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Collia McCollum. She was a registered nurse and worked in the Upper Perkiomen School District for 33 years. She served as a lieutenant in the Army Nurse Corps during WWII. Prior to that, she was an Industrial nurse for the 5th Service Command and worked as a nurse at Suburban Hospital in South Gate, CA. She was an active member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ and was a former Sunday School teacher and served on Consistory. She was a past Matron of the Perkiomen Chapter, O.E.S., and past President of the Upper Perkiomen Business & Professional Women’s Club. Surviving is a son Rev. Daniel T. Moser, and his wife, Margaret, of Quakertown; granddaughter, Amanda, and her husband Dan of Quakertown; grandson, Jonathan, and his wife, Katie, of Pennsburg; great-grandchildren: Max, Benjamin, and Oliver; Brother: Raymond McCollum of Riverside, CA; Brother-in-law, Dale Wolford, of Newark, OH; Sister-in-law Rosemary of Thurmont, MA; and many nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by 4 brothers & 4 sisters. Services will be at 11 AM on Thursday at Pennsburg UCC, 775 Main Street, Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 10-11 AM at the church.
