Calvin Moyer

Calvin R. Moyer, 85, of Breinigsville died March 22, 2011. He was the loving husband of Virginia R. (Haines) Moyer. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Celestine (Mai) and Charles P. Moyer Sr. Calvin graduated from Bethlehem VoTech in 1945 and from General Motors Training Center, Moorestown, NJ in 1948 with his Master Tech License. He was a life member of Emmaus Moravian Church, Fire Company #2 of Emmaus, Unami Fish & Game and the Emmaus Historical Society. He was a member of Wildlands Conservancy, the NRA and a past member of the Tall Maples Hunting Club. Surviving: Wife; son: Robert, of Breinigsville; 2 grandchildren: Tammy Ragonese and Shannon McNeil; 6 great grandchildren; a sister-in-laws: Helen Moyer of Coopersburg; and nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by brothers: Charles, Carson, and Carl. Services: Memorial service will be 11 AM on Monday, March 28 at the Emmaus Moravian Church, 146 Main Street, Emmaus.
