Brenda Moyer

Brenda J. Moyer, 63, of Boyertown, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Dennis Moyer. They celebrated 42, years of marriage on July 31st. Born in Pottstown, she was a daughter of C. Perry and Geraldine (Bauman) Scott. She was a 1970 graduate of Boyertown High and a graduate of Temple University. Early in life, she worked as a dental assistant at the Johnson Home in Royersford. Following that, she did clerical work for Dr. Cappa in Oley. Along with her husband, she is survived by a son Aaron of Rockland Township; and a daughter, Jennifer, wife of Matt Rollman, of Mohnton; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Moyer and Riley Rollman; and siblings, Audrey, wife of George Frankenberg, of Barto; Jerry, wife of Vince Burke, of Gibralter, Perry Scott and his wife Donna, of New Hanover, and Rodney Scott, and his wife Donna, of Lynnfield. A Celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, at the Falk Funeral Home & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg, where all are invited to call from 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
