Brenda Lynn Koder

Brenda L. (Roeder) Koder of East Greenville passed away on Dec. 22, 2020 after a long illness. She would have been 52 in February. She was the wife of Ralph L. Koder, Jr., celebrating their 28th anniversary in 2020.

Born in Allentown, PA she was the daughter of Larry and Barbara (Diehl) Roeder.

She is a 1987 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and a 1990 graduate of Montgomery County Community College.

She was previously employed as a dispatcher with the Valley Cab Company, later as an assistant at Bucks County Oral and Maxillofacial in Quakertown, then as an office assistant at the Town and Country Newspaper.

Brenda was a Life Member of the Pennsburg Fire Company, a Fire Police Officer, Fire Police Secretary/Treasurer and former Executive Secretary of the Fire Company. She was a former volunteer with the Upper Perkiomen Valley Ambulance Association.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Red Hill.

She enjoyed vacations at the New Jersey shore with her family and attending races at Grand View Speedway.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by daughters Miranda and MaKenna; and son Matthew, all at home. Sister Karen Roeder of Milford Township; mother-in-law Rose Anderson of Red Hill, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all.

A viewing will be held from 9 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Morning Star Fellowship Church, 2788 Geryville Pike, Pennsburg, PA. A service will be held at the church following the viewing. Interment will be at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Red Hill, PA...
