Beverly Mc Kendrick

Beverly A. McKendrick, 71, formerly of Red Hill, died February 22, 2008. She was the widow of Rev. James F. McKendrick. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Ethel (Arber) Parker. She was a graduate of the University of Buffalo. She began her career as a teacher in New York. More recently, she was a physician’s receptionist in Rosemont, PA before retiring in 1995. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Harleysville. She was also a member of the Perkiomen Valley Women’s Club. Surviving are 2 daughters: Heather Vernon, of Collegeville; and Gabrielle Fritzsche, of Greer, SC; a brother, Wallace Parker, of Prospect Park, PA; and a sister, Barbara Johanson, of Cheyney, PA, and 6 grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Michelle Kramer. Services will be at 11 AM on Wednesday at the Church of the Holy Spirit,corner of Rt. 63 & 2871 Barndt Road, Harleysville. The Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc, Pennsburg is in charge of arrangements. On-line condolences may be made at www.falkfuneralhomes.com.
