Betty Shoff

Betty H. Shoff, 92, of Allentown, and formerly of Pottstown, passed away August 17, 2018. She was the widow of Herman H. Shoff. Born in Laureldale, she was a daughter of the late William and Rebecca (Rapp) Geisler. Betty worked in the offices of Penn Service Oil Company, and then Copy Fast Printing before retiring. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Pottstown. Surviving are children: Bethann R., widow of Darwin Scratchard, of Huntsville, AL; Brenda K., wife of Thomas Falk, with whom she resided; and Scott C. Shoff, of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren: Rebecca, Casie, Kevin, and Matthew; and great-grandchildren: Brayden, Carson, Isaiah, Kaydence, and Cora. She was pre-deceased by siblings: William, Ida, Walter, and Sandra. Funeral Services will be at 10 AM on Wednesday at the Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main Street, Hellertown. A viewing will be from 9-10 AM. An interment service will follow at 12 PM at Spies Zions Cemetery, 318 Spies Church Road, (Laureldale) Reading, PA 19606.
