Betsy Hertrich

Betsy Ann Hertrich, 40, of Brooklyn, NY, and formerly of the Upper Perkiomen Valley, died July 22, 2009 in the Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn after a long battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Joseph Hertrich, of Macungie, and the late Florence R. Hertrich. Before moving to New York, she was employed at Brown Printing, East Greenville. Betsy was a free spirit who dared to live her life outside of what others might perceive as “normal.” Her life teaches us a lesson of unconditional love and acceptance. Surviving with her father, is a sister, JoAnne, wife of Charles Hyder, of Schwenksville; her companion, Richard Bionda, of Brooklyn; Nephews, Alex and John Ryan Hyder; Aunt Connie and Uncle Walter Stencler, and Uncle Bob and Aunt Barbara Hertrich, all of North Carolina.
