Barbara Eller

Barbara Ann Eller of Coopersburg passed away on June 5, 2010 with her loving family by her side, after a courageous two year battle with Mesothelioma. She was 69. She was the wife of Nile G. Eller. Born in Philadelphia on April 3, 1941, she was the beloved daughter of Marion (Lauer) West and the late Harry Earl Butler, Sr and the late Maurice West. Barbara was most happy when caring for her family. She loved preparing Friday night dinners and having her family around her. She was an excellent cook. She also enjoyed sewing and writing in her journals. Spending time with her close friends was a favorite past time as well. She will be dearly missed by all of those whose lives she touched. Barbara volunteered for New Bethany Ministries in various capacities and also for the Springtown Fire Company for over 25 years. She was a member of Blooming Glen Mennonite Church, where she was a deaconess. Surviving: In addition to her husband and mother, Barbara will live on in the memories of her children, Kimberly Stancato, and her husband, Philip, of Quakertown; David Eller, and his wife, Heather, of Coopersburg; and Mark Eller and his wife, Becky, of Hellertown. Barbara was also the Mom Mom of Jacob and Dillon Stancato, Blake Eller, and Chase Eller. She is also survived by her brother, Harry Butler and nephew, Michael Butler, both of Spokane, WA. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial celebration of Barbara’s life to be held Wednesday, June 9th at 10 AM at the Blooming Glen Mennonite Church, 713 Blooming Glen Road, Perkasie, PA.
